Steps to Log out and Log in
- To Log out:
- Open the Sweeps.us website in your browser
- In the top-right corner, look for your profile icon or username (it might be your initials or a picture if you've set one up)
- Click on your profile icon or username
- A dropdown menu should appear. Select Log Out from the options
- Once logged out, close your browser
- To Log in:
- Go to the Sweeps.us login page (or refresh the homepage if you just logged out)
- Click on the Login button, at the top-right corner
- Enter your email address and password or log in using your Facebook, Gmail, or Apple
- Click Log In to access your account

How do I clear cache and cookies?
The steps to clearing your cache and cookies depends on what device and browser you are using:
If you are using a PC:
Chrome
- Open Chrome on your computer
- Click More (⋮) at the top right
- Click More tools, then Clear browsing data
- Choose a specific time range or select All time to delete everything
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
Safari
- Open Safari on your computer
- Click History on the top left menu bar
- Select Clear History at the bottom
- Choose the desired time range
- Press Clear History
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox on your computer
- Click History on the top left menu bar
- Select Clear recent history
- Choose the desired time range
- Select the data to clear (including cache)
- Press OK
Edge
- Open Edge
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Go to History
- On the top right corner of the History tab, click on the 🗑️ (Delete browsing data)
- Choose a time range and check Cookies and other site data and Cached images
- Click Clear Now
If you are using a Mobile:
Chrome
- Open Chrome on your Android device
- Tap More at the top right
- Tap History, then Clear browsing data
- Select a time frame to clear
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Confirm your request by clicking Clear History
Safari
- Open the Safari Settings from the list of Apps
- Select Clear History and Website data
- Select a time frame to clear
- Confirm your selection by clicking Clear History
Note: Clearing your cache and cookies can fix loading or login issues and show the latest site content, but it may log you out and remove saved settings or form data.To update your browser, follow the instructions for the specific browser you're using.
How do I update my browser?
The steps to updating your browser depends on what device and browser you are using:
If you are using a PC:
Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Help > About Google Chrome.
- Chrome will automatically check for updates and install them.
- Click Relaunch to complete the update.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select Help > About Firefox.
- Firefox will check for updates and install them.
- Restart Firefox if needed.
Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.
- Edge will automatically check for updates and install them.
- Restart the browser if prompted.
Safari
- Safari updates are handled through macOS updates:
- Click the Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Go to General > Software Update.
- If an update is available, install it — this will include Safari updates.
For Android Devices
Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Other Browsers
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap the search bar and type your browser’s name (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- If an update is available, you’ll see an "Update" button — tap it.
- If it says "Open", your browser is already up to date.

- Safari updates come with iOS/iPadOS updates:

- If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
