Sharing screenshots or screen recordings helps our Customer Support Team understand the issue better and provide a faster solution.
Mac
There are multiple options, with the simplest being: SHIFT + COMMAND + 3 to capture your entire screen. For more advanced options (such as capturing a specific window or selected area), refer to Apple’s official support documentation.
Windows
Many options are available, with the simplest being: Press WINDOWS + PRINT SCREEN simultaneously to capture your entire screen. This will save a screenshot of your entire display to your default “Pictures > Screenshots” folder.
Mobile Devices
iOS (iPhone or iPad)
- Devices with a Home Button:
Press the Home and Side buttons at the same time, then release. - Devices without a Home Button:
Press the Side and Volume Up buttons at the same time, then release.
Using AssistiveTouch (for screenshots or screen recordings):
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch, and turn it on.
- Tap the on-screen AssistiveTouch button.
- To take a screenshot, select Device > More > Screenshot.
- To start a screen recording, enable and use the Screen Recording option within AssistiveTouch.

Android Devices
Most Android devices can take screenshots by pressing:
Power + Volume Down simultaneously.
If your device includes accessibility or assistive touch features, you can also:
- Go to Settings > Accessibility, and enable the assistive menu.
- Use the on-screen menu to take a screenshot or start a screen recording (options vary by manufacturer).
