You can easily cancel a submitted Prize Redemption Request if you need to change it or no longer want it.
How to Cancel your Redemption Request
- Go to the Redemption page by clicking "Redeem" button in the lobby.
- Click the “Cancel” button.
Your request will be canceled instantly, and your coins will be returned to your balance.
⚠️ Note: You can only cancel while the request is in pending status. Once it’s approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
