🔄 How do I recover my password?

If you are trying to log in using your email and can’t remember your password, please follow these simple steps to reset your password.

For Accounts Registered Through Email Address:

  1. Go to our login page and click 'Forgot my password'.

  2. Enter your registered email and click on 'Reset Password'.

  3. Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for our reset password link. Click on 'Reset Password'.

  4. The link will prompt you to create and confirm your new password.

  5. This message will pop-up once you've successfully updated your password.

For Facebook, Google, and Apple Registration Reset Password:

To reset your password, update it on the Facebook, Google, or Apple platform, then use the corresponding login button to sign in with your new password.
