🔑 How do I change my password?

If you are looking to change your current password to a new one, please follow these steps:

 

For Accounts Registered Through Email Address:

  1. Log in to the website, and on the upper right corner profile button, then select Settings.

  2. You will be prompted to input your current password, and your endorsed new password. You will need to confirm your new password for confirmation. 

    Note: Password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters

  3. Click on "Change Password" to commit your changes. 

You should be able to see a prompt that your password had been changed successfully. If you run into any issues, our Customer Support Team is ready to help.

For Facebook, Google, and Apple Registration Reset Password:

To change your password via different log in channels, update it on the Facebook, Google, or Apple platform, you can do to these respective sites and change your password there.
