Make sure you log in the same way you signed up: using your email + password, Facebook, Google, or Apple log-in credentials. You'll need to keep using that same option every time.

Also check:
- Your email inbox (including your spam folder) for account-related communications.
- Announcements for maintenance updates. If there is none, try basic troubleshooting (refresh browser, clear cache/cookies, or switch device/network).
- That you’re not in a restricted state or region.
- If you’ve set Responsible Social Gameplay tools like Time Out or Self-Exclusion.
