If you wish to take a short break from your account, you can use our “Time Out Period” access control. Selecting one of the time out periods will prevent you from accessing your account for the duration of the selected period. Once your Time Out Period has ended, the account becomes automatically accessible.
Important note: It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the selected period ends.
To activate a “Time Out Period”, please follow these easy steps.
- Log in to your Sweeps.us account
- Click on the Responsible Gaming tab located on the left side of the Lobby.
- Choose Time Out Period.
- Click on Time Out Period, select a duration between 24 Hours, 7 days, 30 days.
- Click the Confirm button to set.
