If you’ve activated a Time Out Period or Self Exclusion control to restrict account access, please note that we can only reinstate your account privileges after the chosen period ends.
If your account is suspended due to an "Indefinite” Self Exclusion, your account reactivation request may only be granted after 6 months has elapsed since the original indefinite self-exclusion request.
If your account is deactivated, and not for the reasons mentioned above, and would like to request to reactivate it, please follow these easy steps.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support by clicking Submit a request located on the left side of the screen.
-
Choose 'Account Help & Support' as your issue > 'Reactivate my account' as your account concern.
Guide on How to Submit a Request
In your description, please indicate the following:
What was the reason for closing your account?
What has changed since then?
Has game play ever had a negative effect on your mental health, finances, or relationships with family or friends?
Do you have the ability to control your own game play and understand that it is for fun and entertainment only?
Would you like to set up a purchase limit? What period and amount limit?
By requesting the removal of your game exclusion, you acknowledge and agree that if we reinstate your account access, you will not be entitled to any refunds for purchases made after your account is reinstated, under applicable gaming laws or otherwise.
Step 2: Wait for a decision from Customer Support
Our support team will review your request and contact you via email as soon as there's an update on your account.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to deny reactivation of any account, should its deactivation have been related to concerns surrounding Responsible Social Gameplay (RSG) and/or breach of our Terms and Conditions.
